WEBSITE TERMS OF USE:

The Site is provided as a service to you and is intended for you to (i) obtain information about the Chery vehicles that are offered for sale by AL GHURAIR (“Vehicles”) and along with a price estimation, (ii) book a test drive for a Vehicle, (iii) buy a Vehicle whether in installments or cash, (iv) trade-in your vehicle with a new Vehicle and (v) book an appointment for your Vehicle regular service.

The prices of Vehicles listed on the Site often exclude taxes, finance charges, title, license, regulatory, dealer documentary, emission testing, and compliance fees, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a particular Vehicle. The final price and other terms of any sale remain subject to the terms of the sale contract entered into between the buyer and the seller. Before purchasing a Vehicle or any other good or service you have read about on the Site, you should confirm with the seller any information, including the price that is important to your purchasing decision. 

AL GHURAIR reserves the right to delete, modify, or supplement the content of the Site at any time for any reason without prior notification, and will use reasonable efforts to include up-to-date and accurate information in the Site.

Linked Sites – Any links or references to other Internet sites (“hyperlinks“) contained on the Site are provided by AL GHURAIR merely as a convenience to users of the Site, and AL GHURAIR is not responsible for the content or operation of any such linked sites. AL GHURAIR does not warrant that the Site or any of the services or materials available through it will be uninterrupted or free from errors.

There may be delays, omissions, interruptions and inaccuracies in materials or services available through the Site.
