EXEED Range Extender

1. This promotional offer (“Offer”) shall apply solely to vehicles purchased at retail prices. Wholesale or fleet purchases are expressly excluded.

2. Employees of Al Ghurair shall be entitled to select either the staff discounted rate or the Offer, but not both. The selection shall be final and binding.

3. This Offer is valid exclusively for the EXEED ES and ET models, subject to stock availability and without any guarantee of continued availability.

4. Any amendment, modification, or alteration to the vehicle booking details, whether by the Buyer or the Seller, may result in delays in delivery. The Seller shall not be held liable for any such delay.

5. Where the Offer is valid for a limited period of two (2) months, the Buyer shall ensure that vehicle delivery occurs within such period. Post the promotional period, all pricing and terms shall be subject to revision without prior notice.

6. Approval of vehicle financing shall be subject solely to the terms, conditions, and discretion of the relevant financial institution. The Seller assumes no responsibility or liability for the decision of the financing institution.

7. The Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold delivery of any vehicle, including but not limited to, in cases where verification of the Buyer’s credentials is pending, where full payment has not been received, or where instructed by a financial partner or third party.

8. The Seller shall not be deemed in default or liable for any delay or failure in performance or delivery arising out of, or caused by, circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, civil unrest, fire, flood, pandemic, or governmental action (“Force Majeure”). The Seller shall make commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of any such Force Majeure event.

9. The Seller reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

10. The installation of the complimentary home charging solution is subject to a mandatory site inspection and the subsequent approval of the Seller’s designated partner, Emagine. Installation shall proceed only upon receipt of written confirmation.

11. The complimentary home charging unit shall comprise a 7kW charger with a 10-meter standard cable. Any additional equipment, upgrades, or non-standard installations shall be subject to additional charges, payable solely by the Buyer.

12. Range Disclaimer: The advertised 1,000+ kilometers range figure is based on ideal laboratory testing conditions (full battery charge and full petrol tank) and is applicable only to Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV) and Range-Extended Electric Vehicles (REEV). Actual range achieved may vary based on driving style, road conditions, and model variant.

13. Vehicle registration shall be completed in compliance with applicable government regulations. Any associated costs, unless otherwise stated, shall be borne by the Buyer.

14. Free tinting under this Offer shall be restricted to the application of SunTek high-performance film only. No substitutions or upgrades shall be permitted unless expressly agreed in writing.

15. The free insurance offer is valid only for drivers who are at least thirty (30) years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with a minimum validity of one (1) year. Any additional premium charges levied by the insurer shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

16. Manufacturer Warranty: The vehicle shall be covered under a seven (7) year or two hundred thousand (200,000) kilometer (whichever occurs first) manufacturer warranty. This warranty expressly excludes coverage of the vehicle’s electric battery.

17. Battery Warranty: The vehicle’s electric battery shall be separately warranted for a period of eight (8) years or one hundred sixty thousand (160,000) kilometers (whichever occurs first), subject to the manufacturer’s applicable terms and conditions.
